Notes on booking
Visits are only open to personnel playing an active role in their organisationâs business improvement process.
Participating organisations have the right to veto visitors from competitors or any person who is not deemed suitable to attend a visit.
The programme team operates a policy of limiting groups to two or three personnel from each company, depending on the capacity of the visit, for optimum networking opportunities. Customised visits can cater for bigger groups from the same organisation.
Visitorsâ company details are provided to the host company before the visit. The host may contact you to discuss your interests in more detail to ensure they will be covered on the day.
When you make an enquiry or booking, you will be added to the Social Enterprise mailing list to receive updates and information about Social Enterprise and other related initiatives. If you do not wish to receive further information, please tell the Social Enterprise Team.
Price
The current price per visitor is just £50 + VAT of £8.75 (current rate at 01 February 2005) = £58.75. This price is subsidised by the Phoenix Fund. The price is subject to change without notice.
Making your booking
Please ensure you have the following information to make your booking: names and job titles of visitors; the best practice issues you specifically wish to discuss on your visit; your companyâs principal activity (see booking form for details); a credit/debit card to make payment which will confirm your booking.
Methods of payment
All bookings must be accompanied by credit or debit card details or cheque for the full amount including VAT. Cheques should be made payable to Status Communications Ltd and should be attached to your completed booking form. (NB: bookings made in the 20 working days prior to a visit must be paid for with a credit or debit card.)
Cancellations and transfers
If you are unable to attend the visit, you may transfer to another within six months of the original visit date, subject to availability and five working daysâ notice. Otherwise the visit fee (inclusive of VAT) will be forfeited unless you are able to provide a substitute who is acceptable to the host company.
In the event of cancellation by Status Communications Ltd or the host company, you may transfer to another visit, subject to availability, or receive a full refund.
